After booking…

  • Confirmation

    After submitting your request for a trip, if we are able to accommodate, we will add you to our calendar and you will get an email confirmation at the email address you’ve provided. The CALENDAR EVENT will likely show a 2-hour window. That’s because we block off the time for the driver, and it is a 2-hour round trip, generally speaking. The notes in the email you receive will detail the specific pick up times and locations. There is no need to reply to the email. It’s just a confirmation. We will also reach out to you in a text to confirm that you’ve been added. We generally also create a group text with the driver, the parent, and the student to avoid any confusion.

  • Group Text

    We like to make sure everyone is on the same page, so we include parents in on a group text. That is especially helpful when we have an early morning trip scheduled or if there are flight delays. It is much easier to communicate within one text thread. When the group thread has been created, we will use that going forward.

  • Before Pick-up

    You will receive a picture of the vehicle you’ll be expecting to see when we arrive and we will try to give you updates about our arrival time as often as we can. You will receive a text about 30 minutes before pick up. We also will text when we are close by. That will give you time to come outside and be ready to load when we arrive. If you are returning to Clemson, we hope to be at the airport when you land. Just text us when you land and we will let you know where we are located and how to find us when you come outside.

  • Drop Off and Payment

    Generally, no deposit is needed. After drop off at your destination, we will send you a link for payment. Most people choose to use Venmo to avoid credit card processing fees. If you need an invoice or a receipt, please ask. We can generate one for you if you need it.
